Roadmap to Monetization
Monetization is one of the goals that I aim to achieve through this blog. Below is the step-by-step process I am planning to implement to determine if monetization through a subdomain website is possible or not.
Step 1 CONTENT CREATION
Creating quality content is a top priority for this blog. Without high-quality content, monetization will not be possible. As you may have guessed from the homepage, the content will focus on romance anime.
I plan to post weekly on Tuesday around 10PM IST. Newsletter subscribers will enjoy content on different anime's that might have my controversial opinions on various romance anime's authors and other genre of anime's on the first day of each month.
So make sure to subscribe to the newsletter.
The content will focus mainly on romance anime reviews, my own recommendation and character sketch.
Who am I to review these anime? Well, I'm a nobody. I do it for fun.
Step 2 THE AFFILIATE LINKS
Reaching the 5,000 visitors mark is my first tough goal. At this point, my main aim is to start using affiliate links on the website. I am not sure which affiliate marketing platform to use, but probably Amazon or another provider. I will also apply for Google AdSense at this stage. I plan to achieve this goal within 3-6 months.
Step 3 THE ADSENSE APPROVAL
If AdSense is not approved after reaching around 5,000 visitors, I will reapply once I have around 10,000 visitors. I hope to reach this mark within 8-10 months.
Step 4 WHAT HAPPENS IT I AM NOT MONETIZED IN AN YEAR
Well I have no idea. I will just keep on writing for an year and lets see what happens at least I might learn something or the other through this journey of writing content. At least a company might higher me after seeing that I am consistent with my content creation.
It's just a fun project for me and a way to have domain authority in romance anime genre and for meto watch anime without feeling guilty about it and wasting my time:)
I doubt subdomain will provide much of a domain authority in that field but anyways it's a fun little project for me lets see if blogger is still alive or not.
PS:I applied for AdSense when I had no content, and, surprise, surprise, they rejected me!
Anybody thinking why I have this goals for myself well its just to motivate me to write every week.
